Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Ckkkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing — withdrawal requests after account closure may be more complicated to process.

Inactive Account Policy

Accounts inactive for 12 months or more will be charged a maintenance fee of BDT 50 per month. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
